Channel 5: UHF

Cablevision for the mentally divergent and stuff too weird to be catagorized.
(May contain content from people you know! Keep checking back!)
Channel One contains information about this fundraiser, Rhi's ongoing health problems caused by the controversial chemo drug, "Lupron Depot", the lawsuits surrounding it's manufacturer, Abbott Pharmaceuticals and what YOU can do to help get this stuff off the market.
Channel 2 features a carefully curated collection of short films and animated shorts created by some truly artistic and talented independent filmmakers.
At work with that 2:30 feeling? You could shotgun a 5hr Energy, but personally, feeling "bored and tired" sounds a helluva lot better than feeling "bored and wired". Either way, we got the boredom part covered... Take a little break from your menial job and play some of these games or interact with some creative applications.
Channel 4 features funny, imaginative, odd little websites hidden in the far reaches of the internet. Includes interactive world-wide art projects and social experiments seeking your participation!

Operation “Rhicover A Smile” is a fund set up by friends of Rhiannon Gregory-Roux, to help cover the medical costs of surgery and treatments she needs to repair potentially life-threatening damage left by a toxic chemotherapy drug she was given for her endometriosis. This drug, named Lupron Depot (Leuprolide acetate), is currently under fire for causing irreversible side effects, such as, damage to the central nervous system, autoimmune disorders, thinning of bones and marrow, memory loss and cognitive dysfunction, just to name a few. To add insult to injury, the majority of the time, Lupron provides little to no benefit to the condition for which it was prescribed. There’s a good reason as to why this might be the case, as the manufacturer, Abbott Labs, had admitted during a lawsuit in 1998, that 80% of the drug trial data was falsified and adequate testing had not been done before FDA approval. Please check out our pages regarding the Lupron controversy, the FDA’s role and the current litigation involving health risks and “profit before people” billing fraud happening in hospitals all over the country. Hundreds of thousands of men, women and children have had their lives destroyed
because of this drug and despite the overwhelming evidence of toxicity, the FDA has yet to enforce a ban. We hope this angers you, educates you and warns you of this extremely harmful poison, but most of all, we hope it motivates you to help our friend, who we deeply love and care about and gives us all a reason to smile. Oh, and pies. Lots and lots of pies.
Best Wishes,
Friends of Rhiannon Gregory-Roux, The Rhicovery Foundation

0 CommentsPlease watch this video to understand the causation of Rhi’s disorder. While this video focuses on female victims, please know this drug is also given to men for prostate cancer and children with precocious puberty. There’s even talk about testing it on autistic children! No one is safe. I hope this will educate you about the dangers of Lupron, especially if you or someone you know is contemplating undergoing this treatment. The benefits, if any, do NOT outweigh the risks!

Henri is a very existential cat, who constantly bemoans the
banality of his existence and his annoyance with the “white idiot”.
A bitterly dark comedy about one mans reflection on his life, as it literally flashes before his eyes.

Hormones are a complex series of chemicals created by the human body that affect all aspects of growth and development. Only tiny bits of hormone are secreted in the endocrine and exocrine systems to affect the desired changes. Disrupting that delicate balance or homeostasis with hormone therapy is a dangerous proposition.

Since its inception in 1985, Lupron has been one of the most prominent hormone treatments available. However, many patients are finding the side effects of Lupron, which can be permanent, do not outweight the often times limited benefit the drug provides. This article lists the numorous known dangers of Lupron and it’s effect on the body’s different systems. If you are taking Lupron and are experiencing any of these side effects or other adverse events, you are encouraged to report your symptoms to the FDA’s Medwatch Program at: http://www.fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch/default.htm
